Refund Policy

We want you to love your shower. If you are not satisfied with your LUMA showerhead for any reason, you may return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price — no questions asked. The guarantee applies to your first purchase of each product and covers normal use; it does not cover damage from misuse, disassembly, or installation contrary to the instructions.

Email hello@showerluma.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send a return without contacting us first — unannounced packages can delay your refund.

Items should be returned with all included parts (showerhead, hose or bracket if included, and any unused filter cartridges). It is fine if the product has been installed and used — that is the point of the guarantee — but please pack it securely to avoid transit damage.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit. We refund the full product price, including any discounts applied at purchase being reflected proportionally. Original shipping was free, so there is no shipping charge to refund.

For guarantee returns within the U.S., we provide a prepaid return label for your first return. For subsequent returns or non-guarantee returns, return shipping is at your expense unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — including any shipping costs — at no cost to you.

Unopened filter cartridge packs (such as the Filter Refill 4-Pack) may be returned within 60 days for a full refund. Opened individual cartridges cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, but if a cartridge is defective we will replace it free of charge.

The fastest way to exchange is to return your item for a refund and place a new order. Returns initiated after the 60-day window are accepted at our discretion and may be refunded as store credit.
