Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of showerluma.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of products from ShowerLuma (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

All orders are processed through our e-commerce provider, Shopify. An order is an offer to purchase; we may accept or decline it (for example, for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues). Prices, promotions, and availability may change at any time without notice. We make reasonable efforts to display our products accurately, but colors and finishes may vary slightly from what you see on screen.

Discount codes (such as welcome or post-purchase offers) are single-use per customer unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined with other codes, have no cash value, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. Promotional countdowns and launch offers are limited-time promotions that we may extend, modify, or end at our discretion.

We offer free standard shipping within the United States. Delivery estimates shown on the Site are estimates, not guarantees; carrier delays can occur. Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery of the order to the carrier. International availability, duties, and taxes (where offered) are described at checkout.

Our returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, including the 60-Day Glow Guarantee. The Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms.

The LUMA showerhead is a water-filtration shower fixture intended for household use with municipally treated water. It is not a drinking-water purifier and does not make unsafe water safe. Install and use it according to the included instructions, and replace filter cartridges as recommended (approximately every 90 days, depending on water quality). Individual results — including effects on skin and hair — vary from person to person, and statements on the Site are not medical advice. If you have a skin condition, consult a healthcare professional.

When you submit a review or other content to the Site, you confirm that it is your own genuine experience, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display it in connection with the Site and our marketing. We may moderate, decline, or remove submissions that are unlawful, deceptive, offensive, or unrelated to the product. We do not publish incentivized or fabricated reviews.

The Site and its content — including the ShowerLuma name, logo, product imagery, copy, and design — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to interfere with its operation, probing or breaching its security, scraping content at scale, submitting false information, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose.

Except as expressly stated in these Terms or our Refund Policy, the Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShowerLuma will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which ShowerLuma is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at hello@showerluma.com and give us 30 days to resolve the issue informally.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
